Dear Peachtree Garden Club Members and Friends,

It is my pleasure to announce that my dear friend, Marcia Robinson, will be the Honorary Chair of the Peachtree Garden Club Christmas Home Tour for 2023.  This is the 15th annual tour in the modern era and we are thrilled to be honoring Marcia.

Marcia joined Peachtree Garden Club in 1981. During her 42 years of membership Marcia has served in numerous capacities, including being a member of the executive committee as membership chairman. She was also the recipient of the President’s Award in 2011. She has graciously and patiently mentored many aspiring floral designers in our club. 

In 2008, when Peachtree hosted its first Christmas Home Tour (of the modern era), Marcia served as design chair for Mary Doffermyre’s home on Tuxedo Road. Her personal touches made the home feel magical. 

As you know, Marcia has volunteered her time and talent to many organizations in Atlanta, beyond Peachtree Garden Club.  She has served as the Chairman of the Forward Arts Foundation and she was president of the Atlanta Junior League. She also served as gifts chairman for the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games. 

For all that Marcia has given to Peachtree Garden Club and Atlanta, I hope that you will join me in making a donation to the 2023 Peachtree Garden Club Christmas Home Tour in her honor.
